The studio apartment is in a nice part of Anchorage, and it is a nice walk to the downtown area. The apartment itself is modern and attractive. Juwan and his wife have put a lot of thought into making this studio a place where guests will feel comfortable, from the wi-fi posting card in the living room to a sign where feminine products can be disposed of in the bathroom. The apartment has a washer and dryer, which is really good for traveling light as to luggage. And Juwan is a perfect host, personable and attentive to your having a good stay.

The little studio was an ideal place for a couple to spend a few nights in Anchorage. It was in a lovely neighborhood walking distance from everything in downtown. Felt like home away from home.
Being in the basement, you had to go through several doors to get in and also there was noise from the neighbors directly above the unit.
