Just what we were looking for, for a night before fling out of Birmingham airport.

Well located, quiet property with amenities close by. Very comfortable.

Nice quiet location with plenty of places to get food nearby. Extra bonus in having a downstairs loo. Good dining table and plenty of room. Large fridge freezer.

The quilts and sheets were winter weight despite it being June. There was also a heat wave but I just took the quilt cover off the quilt and used that so not really a problem.
