Rhea was a really helpful and friendly. Locals were also. Place was clean and tidy, right on the beach front. Cooking facilities available which helps keep down costs of eating out. Free coffee. Beers and cold drink available in the fridge there for when there's no shop open. All facilities, toilet, shower etc in working order. Bedroom simple but clean, with a fan and a mosquito net. Nice little communal areas undercover... Good view of the beach The road is a bit rocky but local shops and ammeneties available. It's right next to a big shop actually. The rain had caused the water to be a little murky but that's expected in rainy season. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet few days away from the business of elnido... Easy to visit el Nido, nacpan, and duli beach... Or find a local boat to private island... Rhea helped us organise this. Scooter also available

I like that the place really puts you in a humble setting where you get to experience what it’s like to live a simple life away from modern-day chaos. The staff, Realyn, was very easy to talk to and always assisted with any request I had. I particularly enjoyed grilling fish and sausages over charcoal in the property. I did swim in the beach although I found the water too shallow for swimming. Duli Beach is just an easy 45-minute walk away and you can walk there in the morning then come back to the camp in the afternoon. Wifi worked perfectly during my stay but try to spend your time more on things you can’t do back home like observing the everyday life of locals in the area and watching sunset.

The insects especially the mosquitoes and sand flies can be really aggressive around sunset time so it would be wise to bring insect spray. Also, the camp area is actually pretty small so if you’re the introvert type you may find it somehow uncomfortable. I stayed during the low season though and I was the only one around most days. The bathroom and toilet situation is basic, very basic. I would say 2-3 nights should be enough to experience the local life here.
