I like this room and its queen size bed and i love the smell and the host and assistant is so kind and they give me pool vouchers for my kids

Few minutes walk to MOA. Gorgeous building and beautiful amenities.
They told us that we will be upgraded to vip for the other room that we rented for 2 nights however, the facilitator gave us 1 queen bed for both rooms instead of 2 queen beds for each room. The main reason why I booked with them at that time so we can all sleep, 4 person each room supposedly. The one they gave us wasn’t actually a vip room because the other room the bathroom can’t be locked and doesn’t look VIP rather a downgrade to what I booked. I ask about why it’s different than the pictures. She said she can give me that room but I need to pay extra. I asked her why. I booked 2 queen size for each room. So, I said to her I don’t have time to argue, it’s fine because 3 of us won’t sleep anyway. But, i don’t like being lied. I hope whatever they promised, they will be truthful and honest.
