Location is very strategic specially my appointment are all at MOA and SMX. very good location well recommended. the Staff very accommodating.
The rooms need to be updated in terms of fittings. it's a bit old and ceiling at the basement is a bit scarry.

Location and staff were friendly. When we came back the week after for 2 nights, our room was pleasant and new!
During this 1 night stay our room on 7th floor (from what I remember). There were a few issues during my stay that affected my experience.
The shower heating wasn’t working, so I wasn’t able to shower my kids. The safe in the room also wasn’t working. Most importantly, the air conditioning kept turning off throughout the night, which really disrupted my sleep as I had to keep getting up to turn it back on.
I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but I hope these issues can be checked and resolved to improve the experience for future guests.
