Excellent front desk. Everyone here from front desk to security are super super helpful and friendly. They’re professional and very accommodating people. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Manila. They have free shuttle service that takes you to MOA for free. Pick up and drop off, How’s that! It gives you the convenience and flexibility to do that one last shopping before you fly. Buffet has a lot of different options. From cold dishes to hot meals fruits desserts juices and coffee. Coffee free even in your room. Beds super comfortable and clean. Thank you Heritage Hotel and Staff. You are all the best. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of quality and service. This is my 4th stay here and I will keep coming back to you. Also close to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were very good, free shuttle bus to Mall of asia was good.
Short walk to dragon centre mall.
Rooms needs refurbishing, very musty smell, old carpets, I believe some floors have started refurbishing.
Very busy street at front and side.
