Haus Emnitan
As soon as you enter the house, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea. As you go down one floor, you will find on your right the dining room with an oak table for 12 people, then the living room with its sofas and big screen TV. On the left there is a toilet and a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island, double fridge, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and a dining table. All the rooms have sea views and direct access to the terrace of over 120m2. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to enjoy this space facing the sea. The swimming pool is to the right of the terrace, out of sight. Fatboy sun loungers allow you to enjoy the space around the pool.
Casa Emnitan is located in a quiet, secluded area of around ten villas. Access is via a single road that links Sa Riera beach to Aiguafreda. The villa is in a cul-de-sac with another villa. From Casa Emnitan, you can take the path that runs alongside the sea to Sa Riera on one side and Aiguafreda on the other.
Accommodation:Descending one floor, you'll find the sleeping area, comprising 2 master suites, two en suite double bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children. All rooms have a sea view and there is an office area with a screen and printer. The 4 en-suite bedrooms are on the seafront, while the dormitory is on the left-hand side of the house.The bedrooms are as follows:Aiguafreda: Large master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. It has a 180x200 bed, two sofas, a desk area, a television and an independent dressing area. The bathroom has two sinks, a hot tub bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a bidet.Aiguablava: Master suite with dressing room and en suite bathroom. It has a 180x200 bed, two sofas, a desk and a television. The bathroom has a sink, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.Sa Riera : En suite bedroom with two 90x200 beds, private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.Sa Tuna: En suite bedroom with two 90x200 beds, private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.Dormitory: Room with two bunk beds (4 beds 90x200) for younger guests. The laundry room is next to the dormitory and has a washing machine and tumble dryer.The villa has an enclosed garage for two cars and a charging point for electric vehicles (Type 2).
