Very Dirty and unmaintained - still well located place.

Only the situation worth it, otherwise it’s very dirty, miss equipments (just one example, not even enough spoons or forks) and it is not maintained: a lot of broken or outdated things. Probably the worst thing is the mattress full of stains or still sticky plates…. The guy for the keys was nice and very helpful, reactive to bring additional missing clean sheets for the bed. Worst of worst we paid 620 euros for 2 nights, at this price we would have expected a minimum.

Location is very good very central, apartment is really nice. Check in process was very easy. It was nice communication with the host all the time. We didn’t need and transportation during stay, everything was by walking distance

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. We arrived with our family expecting a clean and comfortable apartment, but what we found was completely different from what was advertised. The apartment appeared not to have been cleaned before our arrival. The bed linens were stained, the pillows had stains and an unpleasant smell, and the towels were also stained, making us question whether they had been properly cleaned. There was hair from previous guests inside the shower, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the shower head was broken and hanging loose. There were no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo, and the drawers were messy, giving the impression that the apartment had not been prepared for new guests. We tried to make it work, but the conditions were simply unacceptable. Around midnight on our first night, we decided we could not stay any longer. The apartment was dirty, had an unpleasant odor, and felt unsanitary. We didn't even feel comfortable taking a shower or using the bathroom. In the middle of the night, we had to leave and urgently book a hotel for our family. Because it was a last-minute reservation made after midnight, the hotel cost significantly more than the accommodation we had already paid for. As a result, we ended up paying for two places to stay: this apartment, which we could not use because of its unacceptable condition, and an emergency hotel booked at a much higher price. This caused not only considerable financial loss but also unnecessary stress and ruined the beginning of our trip. I hope Booking.com carefully investigates this property and takes the appropriate action so that other guests do not have to go through the same experience. I also hope to receive guidance on how to request a refund for this reservation and compensation for the additional expenses we incurred due to having to find alternative accommodation.

Ubicación excelente , céntrico, andando a todos sitios en un momento.

Los sofás camas del salón, horribles. Muy incómodos, uno de ellos con un colchón muy fino, deformado y muy sucio. Sábanas arrugadas, dudosas. Aspecto muy viejo, con humedades alrededor de ventanas, le falta una buena reforma.
