La struttura si presenta nuova accogliente al suo interno si trova di tutto non manca nulla arredata per bene parcheggio si trova senza problemi nelle vicinanze a 50 m si trovano supermercati a 500 metri dal lungomare.la signora al nostro arrivo e stata di una semplicita molto gradevole non ha fatto mancare nulla molto gentilissima.ritorneremo sicuramente.

The location is great for exploring nearby destinations such as Noto, Modica, Ragusa, and Syracuse. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a new building and was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Supermarkets are within walking distance, making it easy to buy breakfast supplies every morning.
After a day of sightseeing, we could cool off in the sea, which is only 10 minutes away. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor of the building, but it did not cause any disturbance.
Everything was fine. However, the bed in one of the rooms was too soft for us, though this may depend on individual preference.

Krásné, čisté a nové, fotky odpovídají realitě. Apartmán byl velmi pohodlný pro delší pobyt. Parkování je možné v blízkém okolí. Doporučuji nákup surovin v obchodě poblíž, kde najdete italské suroviny. Lokalita je klidná, ideální pokud nehledáte centrum města. Avola není celkově nejhezčím místem, ale jako bod pro výlety s autem to bylo ideální. Krásné pláže byly v okolí do 20 minut autem. Kuchyň byla vybavena věcmi na mytí nádobí.
K dokonalosti nám chybělo základní vybavení pro vaření - olej a sůl. Chtělo by to i ostřejší nůž nebo nože. Myčka nám nešla spustit, nenapouštěla se voda, ale naštěstí při velkém dřezu na mytí to nevadilo.

We had a wonderful stay in Sicily and really enjoyed the accommodation. Everything was clean, modern, and beautifully furnished. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the sea, while still being quiet and peaceful. Free parking was available very close to the property, which was very convenient.
The staff were amazing and always responded quickly to any requests or questions. Their friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only things that could be improved are providing a few more kitchen knives and ensuring that the dishwasher is fully functional. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would happily stay here again.
