Sadly the apartment needs significant maintenance. Good location.

Location and spacious apartment.

The property has some serious concerning maintenance issues that need addressing. Mouldy bathroom ceilings, mould stains in the bath and basins, toilet that doesn’t flush properly, kitchen mixer/ spout that squirts water , water damaged skirting boards that have been painted over. The sliding doors/windows don’t seal correctly, allowing air flow and significant noise into the apartment. The apartment has a good structure, it just needs maintenance and updating. Good location, and roomy.
