Mara is an amazing host, super friendly and helpful 😊 The apartment is newly renovated and the location is nice, just outside the city centre so you can easily find paid street parking nearby. Bear in mind that white lines in Florence means resident parking so you have to find blue lines.
The street outside the apartment is pretty busy, so if you sleep lightly and are not a morning person this might not be the apartment for you. It was no problem for us but just a heads up.
Mara was nice to give us a late check-out which was perfect for our schedule.

The apartement location is really great, close to the city center, easy parking in the street. The host is super nice and very helpful ! We really enjoyed the sunny terrace for breakfasts :)

C' est propre & c' est grand.
Il y a des moustiquaires dans chaque fenêtre et porte du balcon, ce qui est rare en Italie.
La terrasse couverte est agréable.
L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, probablement que le problème est réglé maintenant. J' ai dû dormir dans le salon. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes dans la chambre car la rue est bruyante, il y a un restaurant au 1er étage et beaucoup de trafic, autos et motos.
Peu de service à proximité, épicerie ou café.
Le lave linge est dans petit cabanon avec un toit très bas sur la terrasse. Il faut se tenir à genoux devant le lave linge.
