Right next to the subway station.
Had a kitchen.
For the first week of September it wasn't too hot so it was ok that the place didn't have an AC.
Next to a nice area to walk around with many bars.
The bunk bed was convenient for two people who don't want to share a bed.
It was pretty noisy from outside. Yet we were exhausted so we were able to fall asleep.

The shower, toilet and kitchen were clean and ready to use. A tumble dryer was available and a great location.
1. Poor communication with the property manager, sent a mail days before the trip to confirm the check in time as per my flight itinerary, no response. Sent another that day, no response...I called and she said she would confirm if the place was ready and get back to me, but never did.
2. Upon checking in, found the bunk bed had a visibly broken ladder, with screws hanging. How would they expect the kids to go up the bunk? Plus screws hanging loosely, are definitely unsafe
3. There was a TV and remote control, but the TV connection cable was too short to reach and connect to the nearest mains. We didn't use a TV for the entire 3 nights, what if we had no iPads?
4. The manager sent an email saying they'd be glad to help if we encountered any issues, I sent an email concerning my concerns and got no response.
5. Check out was 10am, the service lady came knocking at 9:36am.
