Hotel nuovo, pulitissimo e ben posizionato . Lo staff gentilissimo ci ha strabiliato. Anche la colazione molto buona. Se dovete prenotare a tashkent non vi fate problemi, questo hotel è ottimo

The hotel is in the residential area which is very clean and safe. I feel safe even back to the hotel in the early morning
Though it is a bit far (not real far) from the center, it is easy to go anywhere by taxi (via yandex go) with an affordable/low price. Once you are in the center, you can also choose to get on the bus/metro to go to those famous spots.
The hotel itself is new, the staff there are very nice and helpful. There was a time that I got problem with the shower (no hot water in coming out). After I inform the receptionist about it, he immediately communicated with the corresponding party and fixed in about 15 mins. I am really appreciate about his quick action.
Moreover, I arrived the hotel at the early morning, and the receptionist wait for my arrival in the hotel lobby. I was so thankful for his kindness
Indeed, all staff members are great ! I wanna say to special thank to Mr Ruhiddin and the young officer (I dunno his name) there. They solve a lot of my problem and provided useful information to my trip. Besides, because I needed to checkout early on my last day there, they even prepared a lunch box for me so I won't get starved on my way to samarkand, Really appreciate for they kindness
