Helpful staff, only about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, a convenience store right next door is very handy for guests.
The room on level 4, the topmost floor was very hot and difficult to cool down in the summer and there was no equivalent option on lower floors.

Clean and spacious room in modern hotel in relatively central part of Tashkent. Bathroom was really nice and bed was firm but comfy. Top floor room had no lift but I knew this in advance. Decent view.
Only downside was my top floor room was right next to the cleaners' storage room and thin walls meant any movement in there was extremely noisy for me.

Follow procedure such as giving registration slip to tourists.
Very helpful to bring up our luggages since there were no lift.

Lift not available. But no problem for us since we are 2people and young. Consider this if you have senior with you.
