Liked the location with restaurants, hairdressers, coffee shops, hamburger shop, upmarket shops all round this location. The the amount of space in the apartment. Being on the 5th Floor, with a large window which can be absent in a lot of Hotels in Ho Cho Minh City. The size of the bed, sheets, pillow slips and doona. The TV once Wi-Fi access was re-established by a full reboot. The spacious fridge. Good air-conditioning, washing machine and excellent cupboard space. The tiled floor. The Microwave, double sink and good kitchen bench space. Cleanliness and tidiness was good.
The password door lock meaning not having to worry about losing ones keycard or keycard cloning.
The fact that the building also has very enjoyable Italian and Vietmenese restaurants on the 6th floor. Not that we used it, but there is also Pilates available.
The host's assistant who greeted us, helped us settle in and helped us with our baggage when we departed was outstanding.
No hesitation on anticipating staying there in the future and we are comfortable recommending it.
Weren't fans of the mattress. That might be because we are a larger couple in our 70s, but it was a very firm and thinish mattress. The firmest mattress we have slept on in a very long time. It might be a cultural thing as we know some cultures do prefer very firm beds. There is nothing wrong with the mattress. It was clean and in perfect condition. So possibly personal taste as we did get used to it, but still would have preferred a softer more compliant mattress.
For an apartment, I have to say crockery was not sufficient. No cups & sauces or mugs for tea or coffee. Only 2 unusual wobble glasses which are very inappropriate for hot drinks with no handles. So we went out and bought 2 glass mugs and left those in the crockery cupboard. The rest of the crockery is a bit of a mish mash, but manageable.
Hand towels would have been nice and maybe a tea towel or a roll of paper toweling for washing up dishes, wiping benches etc.
That's about it. Not much really. I would call it fine tuning the minor amenities that would make it a treasure for a revisit from our experience.

Excellent emplacement au cœur du centre-ville, proche des restaurants, cafés et commerces. L’appartement est agréable et pratique. Le petit-déjeuner sur le toit offre une très belle vue, et le propriétaire du restaurant, un Français très sympathique et serviable, est très accueillant. Le propriétaire du studio est également très disponible et toujours prêt à aider.
L’entrée de l’immeuble et les parties communes sont anciennes, ce qui peut être un peu surprenant au premier abord. Mais le studio est propre et agréable, et cette impression disparaît rapidement après l’installation.

Good location, helpful host who assisted with early check in when possible. Also able to resolve issues immediately.
Old mattress and pillows, bed sheets are plastic silky texture which is very uncomfortable. Supply is not in good quality, facilities are old and basic.
