It was absolutely lovely inside, spotless and beautiful view from the balcony.
The bed mattress in the big room was slightly uncomfortable, if you prefer a firm mattress it would be up your ally, apart from that I would come back.

Very spacious apartment with 2 balconies. One furnished which was great. Very quiet secure apartment block. Plenty of hot water. Good size bath sheets. 2 bathrooms one with bath and shower over. The other had a shower in ensuite. Washer/dryer in cupboard I noticed detergent supplied.
Nice touch having some coffee, milk, biscuits and crisp. Hand-wash by all sinks. Washing up liquid supplied and sponges. as well as rubbish bags Nice bed linen. I broke a glass tumbler but purchased 2 to replace broken one. Plenty of crockery if wanting to eat in. But lots of good restaurants around for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner.
Huge TV on wall. Fantastic views over to Blackpool tower lit up at night.
Dougie the owner promptly replied to us if needed. Sounds a nice guy.
Centrally located for good restaurants, coffee shops.
Safe secure car parking.
Would definitely recommend staying. We will be back.
Unfortunately part of the shower was broken as was the door on the shower which was reported to Dougie and this will be rectified.
A temporary fix was done by me which enabled my wife to use it as she is unable to climb out of a bath. Though the door would not close properly.

Cleanliness could have been better lack of storage for clothes wardrobe clothes rail hangers one of the toilets not clean and partially blocked shower door didn't open properly

The apartment is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It is a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Southport but far enough away that you’re not disturbed
