Front desk was on top of it! Had a problem with our room and the booking app, but they were able to solve the issue, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy.
We were not sure of the best place to park before going inside the building to find the hotel.

Hotel was clean. Had a variety of items for breakfast. Nice towels and linens.
Hot food was cold. There was one bar of soap for the sink, none for the shower. We asked for toiletries and were told when our room was refreshed we would get them. Room never got refreshed or toiletries stocked.
