Gut zu erreichen, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zwei gute Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer.
Die Dusche war gewöhnungsbedürftig und floss sehr langsam ab. Ebenfalls gibt es kein Schloss an der Badezimmertür

Beds were really comfortable. The neighbourhood is really nice.
Some things could be improved. The smell in the bathroom was a bit unpleasant. Some of the windows didn't close properly, so you could hear noise from outside or feel some air coming into the rooms. There were only two chairs, even though the apartment is for four people. There were no curtains, so the daylight was very bright early in the morning. The bathroom also lacks privacy, as there is a window in front of the washbasin with nothing to cover it. For all those reasons I think the price is a bit too high.

Anfitriões muito prestáveis e amáveis. Apartamento simples e cómodo, com o essencial, que respondeu as nossas necessidades. Muito sossegado e localizado junto à linha do TRAM e a 4 minutos da estação mais próxima (Foot of the Walk). A limpeza é boa, as camas são confortáveis, tem vários supermercados próximos (LIDL e TESCO). Tem um café muito agradável e acolhedor mesmo ao pé onde é possível tomar o pequeno almoço e fazer pequenas refeições (The Old Spence Café).
Não tenho nada a assinalar, apenas sugerir que sejam instalados cabides nos quartos pois facilitaria a arrumação das roupas (é apenas um pormenor que em nada alterou a nossa ótima estadia).
Outro pormenor que nada tem a ver com o apartamento, mas que serve de alerta para futuros visitantes, é o facto da linha de TRAM não ter funcionado naquela zona. Penso que estará interrompida durante algumas semanas/meses. Se vão depender do TRAM, verifiquem antes de ir. Não nos fez diferença nem alterou a nossa ótima experiencia.

Interesting location in the historic part of Leith.
There were several things that previous guests mentioned that I thought wouldn’t be big issues, but they were. There was a noxious smell in the bathroom (possibly connected to the hole in the wall behind the toilet with plastic wrap over it); it made me feel really ill to even enter the bathroom, and it was too cold to leave the window wide open the whole time. We visited as a family of three, and there were only two chairs in the entire apartment; this made dining in (one of the main reasons we booked an apartment rather than a hotel) very challenging. All of the labels for the stovetop/hob had worn away, and we had several false starts to get the correct burners turned on. A small diagram in the kitchen would have solved this problem. The living room was more bare than it appeared in the photos, and it was quite depressing. An area rug and a coffee table would have made a huge difference. And the property listing indicated the address of the apartment is on Coatfield Lane, a smaller side street, while it is actually right on the main road with the tram lines. It was quite noisy and the windows were not very soundproof.
