The host was helpful as we had a few problems getting in. Flat was comfortable and spacious and location was really convenient.
Was a little bit disappointed as there were 4 of us staying there and only 1 towel was provided even though when we checked it did say towels were provided.

Všeobecně lze říct, že je ubytování v pohodě. Má skvělé umístění - do centra jsme byli Boltem za 10min, na tramvaj je to kousek. Je to v moc hezkém domě, v krásném klidném dvoře se zelení, velmi úpravné okolí. Vlastní byt je jednoduše, hezky zařízen, bylo uklizeno. Zařízení je už starší, hlavně koupelna. Ale vše čisté.
Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný, ochotný a rychlý v komunikaci - což bylo skvělé. Check-in a check-out v pohodě, bez problémů - klíče se dle zaslaných instrukcí vyzvedávají u vstupních dveří v key-boxu.
Hezký byt kazí pár detailů, kdyby toto bylo - bude pobyt dokonalý.
Doporučuji dodat více ručníků, 4x osuška pro 4 lidi je málo. Chybí alespoň ručníky na ruce. V koupelně by se hodila nějaká polička. Neměli jsme žádná ramínka ve skříni- rychle byla dodána, ale to už tam snad mělo být ...,
Také nějaká utěrka na nádobí, když je tam kuchyně.
Postele - jsou strašně (!) měkké, jako vodní postel. Ale to někomu může vyhovovat, někomu ne.
Vím že je to asi místním zvykem - ale lepší by byly dvě přikrývky, ne nej jedna společná.

A good location with free parking
There were quite a few things I was unhappy with.
First, the bedding did not seem to have been changed, although the host said the cleaner had changed it. Even after leaving the windows open for a long time, the bedding still smelled of sweat. One bed had four pillows, but only one had a pillowcase.
The room was not very clean. There were food stains inside the microwave, and the toilet was also dirty. There was no hairdryer or towels. The hand soap was almost empty, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles only had a little left.
It was also quite noisy. We could hear people partying outside all night from one bedroom, and the other bedroom faced the main entrance of the building.
The host was very nice and patient, but unfortunately, there are still too many things that need to be improved.
