Great location and view.

Not enough handicap parking spaces. The garage was far away. In the room: The bathroom had a very deep tub with not any grab bars. The shower water pressure was very strong.

Omg the view!!! It was so quiet I thought we were only ones there on the floor. Room was so cute and the tub was deep enough to soak after sunburn. Would love to stay again.

Not their fault really only thing was two pools were being worked on. Which is good

I has been in that property several times and I found out when I went to the front desk to ask something that most rooms are sold and they are not in charge anymore and the worst part is that I never can open the door by myself so I always need to contact them to open the door for me,knowing that I have in my daughter with disabilities,I Tex them so many times and nobody come to the unit and check it what is going on or fix the problem.So I paid almost 400 dollars for one night and I spected good service and another thing is that they increase the fees and shorted the stay because before we can check in by 2 pm and check out by noon and now after increase the price we need to check in by 4 pm and check out by 10 am.My worst experience so far and booking knows that I always use them.Next time I’m going make sure book to real hotel with front desk and costumer service.They have a very old door that they should replace or fix it and also come to see the tenant to make sure that everything work good specially after the tenant complain about something.Hope they come take care the next tenant and that is the reason of this bad review.
