This was the most nightmare 2 nights we have ever experienced. We had booked for 6 nights and left the property for a ne

The facilities. There was no functioning water heater. We received very little hot water (not even enough for a full shower) and the water heater made metallic banging noises throughout the night. We notified property and they sent maintenance but nothing was able to be done about the issue.

In der Ausschreibung wird nicht angegeben, dass die Wohnung im 6.Stock liegt und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Die Möblierung war einfach und teilweise laienhaft repariert. Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, stattdessen Ventilatoren, die nicht in der Lage waren bei 30-35 °C einigermaßen die Temperatur zu senken.

Déception pour le prix

Il était indiqué air climatisé alors qu'il n'y en avait pas, il y avait seulement des ventillateurs. Il était indiqué un laveuse mais elle ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a 6 étages à monter alors cela devrait être annoncé pour les gens à mobilité réduite. Pas de savon pour laver la vaisselle, pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle. Le plancher était sale. Le fauteuil n'est pas propre et est croche. Ensuite, pas de réponse du servie à la clientèle. Je voulais annuler la réservation car il y avait une canicule et cela n'a pas été possible car persone ne m'a répondu. Nous avons avons donc très mal dormi durant tout le séjour. En plus il y a des bars dans la rue alors c'est bruyant lorsque nous ouvrons les fenêtres. Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour et du service de l'établissement. Nous de le recommandons pas.
