el personal muy amable y siempre atento, las instalaciones limpias y cómodas. la ubicación fue perfecta tenia una estación de metro a pocos minutos y una para de autobús enfrente

Very quiet and safe. Popcorn and coffee in the lobby. Plenty of restaurants right near by. Clean room and windows opened.
Towels not changed for a week. Huge TV, but impossible to figure out how to get an English channel without bluetooth connection. 25 minute metro ride to Seoul Station.

Vriendelijk personeel, locatie was goed gelegen ,niet ver van de metro,en leuker shopping mall, authentieke eettentjes maar ook de kfc en Burger King.ook een wasserette heel dichtbij.De kamer werden wel goed schoongemaakt
Er was geen ontbijt terwijll dat wel in de prijs inbegrepen was.Personeel kon heel slecht Engels waardoor je vaak afgewimpeld wordt of er maar mee ophoudt.Er zat in onze kamer tussen toilet en kamer geen deur die er wel ooit heeft gezeten.
