Es war sehr sauber. Gratis Wasser bei der Reception und im Kühlschrank des Zimmers. Die Matratze ist hochwertig und ich habe gut geschlafen.
Das Feeling im Zimmer könnte noch gemütlicher sein. Bis ca 1 Uhr hört man den Verkehr noch recht gut: Ohrenstöpsel empfohlen, dann geht es.

飯店周遭機能算不錯的; 房間乾淨整潔; 對面有一間超大的Shopping mall (但沒有退稅服務)
離metro昌洞站(1號出口)很近; 但拖大件行李移動可能不方便
飯店1F停車場邊有提供免費的咖啡及飲水機
基本若不每天打掃 不是至少會換浴巾及倒垃圾嘛?
我們訂二間房; 有一間房型內的浴室 沒有乾濕分離, 淋浴區沒有門隔起來
隔音很不好, 晚上一直聽到metro行駛的聲音

The staff were very friendly and made their best effort to communicate with us. They asked us about if there were anything needed. The manager offered to clean the room each time we lefted the room. When I needed the lighter, I made a call to the front desk adn the staff brought the lighter for free. Most definitely thumbs up!
There is no such thing like I did not like staying in Hotel 99 while I stayed there. It is clean and the bath tub was luxurious and spacious. I highly recommned this place for anyone who wants the spacious hotel room a little out of the heart of Seoul.
