I’ve been traveling around Korea for a month now,
and since I already visited most of the famous spots, I wanted to try hiking for the first time.
While searching, I found this hotel that was affordable and really pretty,
so I booked it last minute for around 50,000 KRW such a great deal.
Suyu-dong has a very local vibe, and I loved the atmosphere as soon as I arrived.
I left my luggage at the hotel early in the morning and headed straight to Bukhansan.
The view from Baegundae Peak was absolutely breathtaking.
It rained for a bit, but honestly, it made the whole experience even more charming.
After hiking, I visited Suyu Traditional Market for dinner, had some local snacks,
and even did a little shopping at a place called Daiso.
It was such a fun way to feel the real Korean local lifestyle.
The market was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel,
so moving around was incredibly convenient.
Tomorrow I’m planning to visit Ssangridan-gil, a trendy neighborhood nearby also close to the hotel.
The hotel kept my luggage for me, which made the day so much easier.
Everything about my trip flowed naturally around the hotel, so the whole experience was super smooth.
My room was clean and cozy, and even after walking all day, I slept so well.
Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind.
Out of all the places I stayed in Korea,
this was definitely the most affordable and beautiful hotel. ^-^
It was a perfect hotel.
