Perfect for what we required

Perfect for the 2nights that we were in London for a music festival. Very easy to collect the keys which were very close to the apartment itself. Nice and comfortable and plenty of space with everything you need in the apartment.

The only thing I would recommend would be to put shower mats in the shower as it can be quite slippy, but all else good.

disgusting service

our hotel room got cancelled the day before we traveled down to London due to it being double booked and after we had paid for it. they offered us a 1 bedroom apt that slept 3 as a replacement when there were 4 of us, due to the lateness i accepted this apt only to be told that that had now gone. i never normally complain about places on Booking.com as generally we have no issues but i just feel on this one i had to as i find it disgusting that someone can cancel on you the day before after they have taken your Money. This meant we had to spend more of our own Money to get a replacement and caused us a massive stress on the day of the trip

Disappointed, bedroom 1 the shower was poor and water did not drain away properly, bedroom 2 nowhere

Location for Abba Voyage was brilliant, easy walk, and easy walk to DLR.

Disappointed, bedroom 1 the shower was poor and water did not drain away properly, bedroom 2 nowhere to hang clothes, no clothes hangers not even a coat hook. Had to keep everything on the floor. Lounge area the sofa was very uncomfortable and the TV was streaming only which kept losing signal and buffering. Kitchen dirty and cupboard door hanging off. There was also a stale musty smell in the apartment. For the price we paid it was OK we were only there for one night for Abba Voyage and the apartment was in easy reach of the arena. Next morning we left early as we were meeting family in Central London.

The only thing I would recommend would be to put shower mats in the shower as it can be quite slippy, but all else good.
