Palazzo Cerere is a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay, with an excellent location that makes it easy to enjoy Polignano a Mare on foot. The accommodation is charming, spacious and very well maintained, offering a high level of comfort.
One point to keep in mind is the stairs, especially if you are traveling with heavy or multiple suitcases. I would definitely recommend traveling light if possible.
They also offer a covered and secure private garage for an additional fee, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car.
Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay in a fantastic location, and a place I would recommend — especially for travelers who value charm, space and convenience.
The only real disappointment was breakfast. It is served at a partner restaurant nearby, and unfortunately the experience does not match the standard or price level of the accommodation. The service was poor and the products offered were very basic. This is definitely an area that could be improved to make the overall experience more consistent with the quality of Palazzo Cerere.

Belle deco. Chambre propre. Douche immense. Super emplacement pour visiter Polignano. Literie de qualité.
1/ malgré son nom, ceci n’est pas un hôtel. Entrendre qu’il n’y a pas tous les services d’un hôtel (réception pas ouverte le soir, ménage, gestion des bagages, petit déjeuner sur place). A 280 euros la nuit, il faut savoir qu’on est sur un airbnb amélioré mais ce n’est pas un hôtel.
2/ sans chaise ni table, le balcon ne sert à rien
3/ les infos du wifi ne sont pas les bonnes (réseau introuvable)
4/surtout c’est la gestion de la chambre qui pose problème : a/ il faut réclamer pour avoir l’adresse du petit déjeuner et du parking, sinon elles ne viennent pas… B/ parking réservé le 9 mai pour un séjour fin août. Confirmation de réservation obtenue à « 300 mètres ». Résultat = parking pas dispo le jour de notre arrivée : on nous a envoyé dans une zone en friche à 750 mètres où les parkings se succèdent les uns aux autres sans numéro ni identification. Nous avons mis 40 minutes pour nous garer et revenir à « l’hotel ». On nous a proposé une navette payante pour le retour le lendemain (5 euros). Ce n’est pas tant le montant que le principe… dans la mesure où « l’hôtel » a oublié de nous réserver le parking promis je ne vois pas pourquoi on a dû payer pour compenser leur erreur…
