The Host was very welcoming and their new place is beautiful.
The individual A/C for the room did not adequately cool the room to the desired temperature, even though we were shown how to raise or lower the temperature in the room. I understood from the Host the A/C runs and runs , but that’s all it can cool. We could not open the balcony door as we paid for the balcony, but could not use it because the room would be even hotter. The Host asked if we opened the door and we never did. Price is too high for a warm room and you cannot use the balcony.
