It’s in the best spot to be able to walk everywhere in Cronulla
The lounge area didn’t look the same as the pictures.

The apartment was in a very good location,walking distance to the heart of town,great cafes ,ferry service to bundeena,the apartment was clean and had all the facilities

Amazing location. Complete kitchen. Comfortable beds. Wifi and television worked great.
My only issue was not having hot water. Definitely uncomfortable showering in winter. Small inconvenience was toilet seems to be a little close to washing machine.

I enjoyed the location of the property, very central to the beach and main shopping area.
I didn’t like that the pictures showed bunk beds, only to walk into a pullout (broken) couch. If you wished to use the couch as a bed you had to decide if the scrunched up sheets and towels in the cupboard were clean or used.
I didn’t like that the aircon didn’t have the connection to go out the window therefore it blow out more hot air then cold.
A lot of bugs in the room.
There was no hot water, seemed like a known issue by the way the instructions were given for turning it on in the dark. I advised of the safety issue of asking a client to touch anything within the power box to the owner the next morning and requested it be fixed, no action taken. Cold water the whole duration of our two day stay.
The customer service seemed very good with prompt replied however when he advised of a partial refund for the inconvenience of no hot water, no actionable response was provided when I asked for this to occur.
