2. Una vez en la puesta del hotel, vía mensaje de la plataforma, se me indica que debíamos dirigirnos a la dirección: Via Ruggero Bonghi 36, por ende tubimos que ir por las llaves.
Solicité clave de Wifi mediante mensajería de la plataforma, no me fue respondido.
Intenté realizarlo vía telefónica, me colgaron, no tuve acceso al wifi durante toda nuestra estadía.

Un tema no menor, la seguridad integral de los inquilinos, en esta ocasión, el acceso principal a la dependencia, que se encuentra en un sótano, existe parte de la construcción superior, que es baja justo en el lugar de acceso a la dependencia, por tal motivo sin darme cuenta me golpié dos veces la cabeza al momento de ingresar, no me produjo daños, peros si dolor e incomodidad, se subentiende que no debe existir elemento o estructura que pueda afectar la integridad de la o las personas en forma sea en forma directa o indirecta.
En virtud de todo lo indicado anteriormente, puedo asumir que la tarifa pagada tal vez esté de acuerdo con el departamento publicado en la plataforma de Brookings, pero no corresponde al valor del departamento utilizado, lo que me hacer asumir que se existió publicidad engañosa
Agradeceré reevaluar el verdadero costo de este departamento utilizado, versus el que ofrecen en la plataforma, por lo que agradeceré se me reembolse la diferencia que pudiera surgir.
