Property is ok but overpriced for what it is.

House has all the required items needed for a short stay and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice. Close to a couple of beaches (within walking distance) and around 10-15 minutes to the main port by car.

House has a strange musty smell that stayed during our stay, bedrooms have small windows with little light. The villa is not independent and neighbours are quite close. The complex the residence is located in is not very well maintained. Has air conditioning listed as available but in reality there is none.

FUYEZ! cette annonce est une véritable arnaque. Nous avons loué cette « maison » que nous avons dû quitter sous 48h le mois d’août dernier. Un lieu qui devait appartenir à une personne âgée et qui est resté dans son état sans aucun comfort. Aucune climatisation et en plein mois d’août cela était invivable. Les chambres en sous sol dégagent une odeur absolument insupportable de moisissure. Des insectes et des fourmis de partout dans chaque recoin. Aucune propreté. HONTEUX

Er zijn veel voorzieningen in het huis. De bedden zijn prettig en schoon, zoals het huis en terras

Het is krap, zelfs voor 4 personen en er is geen airconditioning doch ventilatoren. De douche heeft nooit warm water gegeven en een heel schamel straaltje water. Bij binnenkomst rook het muf en later zagen we een kakkerlak lopen. Om bij het huisje te komen moet je een aardig stuk lopen, alsook voor het -overigens heerlijke- zwembad wat gedeeld wordt.
