A first class conversion of a once functional property provided a stylish blend of original features with modern functionality. Plenty of space to eat and relax with comfortable furniture and every kitchen appliance imaginable. Easy parking for our 3 cars and a large secure garden that was perfect for our dog. An amazingly generous welcome pack and the whole house was spotless. And the owner (Michelle) could not have been more helpful providing information and assistance prior to our arrival.
There is some traffic noise but not of any great consequence.

Hosts were very helpful, quick to respond, and clearly had put a lot of thought and effort into the refurbishment of this property. Thank you. We had a pleasant couple of days with plenty of room for two families. Kitchen well equipped / beds comfortable / good value for money

It was a lovely historic properly that our entire party enjoyed. The decor and facilities within were amazing. The kitchen had the perfect table and a range of cooking equipment along with a thoughtful welcome basket.
The gaming system on the TV and multitude of board games were appreciated. There was plenty inside the property to enjoy that made up for the rain.
Amazing water pressure too and very new facilities.
The area was a little rough in close proximity but walks along the canal to nicer parts were easy and the property was quietly away from noise and no disruptions accept a nosey neighbour.
I will highly recommend and plan to stay again.
It really is a piece of history and so much thought has gone into what's inside.
It was very uncomfortable to recieve an interaction from the neighbours opening the fence on our arrival and questioning who we were. It felt a little intimidating and I felt uncomfortable in the garden after that. It would have been nice to have privacy especially as there was a lot of cctv cameras and several messages from the hosts to make sure we arrived etc so a nosey neighbour was not needed.
The lock box app was over the top and a pain to get in and a code would have been proffered.
Otherwise it was a shame it rained as the outside space would have been amazing to use and the was a bbq.

Superb property, refurbished to a high standard, ideal for our stay whilst working in Bradford.
