Incredibly clean with a beautiful concept of curtain-less floor to ceiling windows built in angles that are in harmony with the mountains in front of the property. You open your eyes to the mountain and literally catch the sunrise light up the mountain. This hotel is one of a kind and if that’s what you’re looking for you’ve found it. The town of Sappada was also our favorite from all the ones we visited - the hotel is located in a quieter part of town but there are a lot of shops and restaurants both up and down the road, a 5 minute drive away.
Property could be made much more luxe by offering premium toiletries (only have one product in the shower - a shampoo/conditioner/body wash 3-in-1). They are also very strict about towel conservation (they reluctantly gave us 2 additional large towels in addition to the 2 large shower towels + 4 small hand towels already in the room). Both of these things are probably because of them priding themselves in living simply and in harmony with nature though, which in itself makes it an interesting and unique escape.
