The location is perfect for the beach, and the inclusion of a parking space, a private pool for building guests, and a washing machine and the friendliness of Mr. Martel made it a fantastic choice for a stay in Antibes! We appreciated his thorough communication and explanation of the facilities.
We appreciated the air conditioning in the main living space and the retractable patio cover which kept the space comfortable.
Also, the apartment is only a 15-minute walk to the old town of Antibes via the beach promenade and with a bakery and grocery store 5 minutes away.
The community in the building was friendly and it was quiet at night when we were trying to sleep
The apartment was smaller than expected and in need of a deep clean (dusting, minor repairs, removal of a few sugar ants). The building itself is at least 50 years old with a small elevator and in need of maintenance overall, but that’s not the owner’s fault.

The apartment is located in a residential condominium right next to the Salis beach, so you‘re on one of Antibe‘s most beautiful beaches in no time, as well as in the center of the town with its spectacular ramparts, markets, harbor and restaurants in just a 20 minutes’, absolutely beautiful walk along the shoreline. It is spacious, lovingly decorated and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, and the AC very welcome on some warm days. The pool is beautiful, well tended and peaceful. The host is friendly and helpful, and a place in the garage is available, which was very useful seeing the parking situation there…
As said above, the place is in a residential condominium, so the house rules are sometimes somewhat contrary to vacationing needs, the only really pertinent example being the opening times of the on site pool - opening times from 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00, and complete closure on Fridays and holidays are somewhat strict, but as this is not the host‘s fault I will not include this in the score. Nonetheless it’s a small negative, but the beautiful beach just outside more than compensates for it.

Posizione buona a due passi dal mare, garage privato, ottima l’accoglienza ed il supporto.
Bagno e doccia da rivedere un po’. Piscina aperta dalle 10 alle 13 e dalle 15 alle 19, domenica e festivi chiusa.
