Mariah and the lovely lady who I believe is the cleaner of the place were accommodating and responsive to my needs. There were 3 of us and we had a late check-in, so I asked Mariah if they can make the sofa bed for us and they did, which I was grateful for as we were all very tired.
When I needed something they were there to help such as more coffee pods, toilet rolls and clean towels. Our room was spacious and the mini kitchen was great!
The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, or actually I don't tecall there was one, but the bathroom gets damp and steamy.
The owner provided 2 wifis but only 1 appeared on our device. I slept near the window and lost connection there. Addressed the issue and it worked better but only had 1 or 2 bars so it was slow.
This is not the owner's fault however our room was located facing the road. At around 5AM on a Sunday morning, a group of people knocked on the entrance door downstairs. My mum had a little peek to see what that noise was and they noticed her, so they threw little stones at our window what I believe was to get our attention. I love helping people but I didn't know whether they were hotel guests or not as they looked drunk and I was worried they might cause trouble, so we didn't open the door for safety reasons. Appreciate it's London and I heard many unsociable behaviour, but that incident spooked us when it actually happens to you. I immediately messaged the host when the incident happened, but after some time it sounded like they were able to enter, which meant they may be hotel guests. I didn't hear a follow up from the host whether they were staying there too or not. If the latter was the case, please remind people to remember their entry code, which should be on their WhatsApp or booking.com chat and to not throw objects at people's window at any time.

Mariah was very accommodating giving us an early check in. The property was easy to access and within walking distance from Victoria park where we were attending a gig.
The shower leaked, however we were told it would be fixed after we reported it.

Was in an ideal area, bed was comfy and effort had been put in to make it modern
No aircon so even with fan it was hot. Had to have the windows open all the time and it was so noisy all the time. Constant sirens going past, damp smell, shower was dirty, toilet was leaking when the toilet had cracked and the coffee machine water tank was discusting and I couldn’t make tea as there was no kettle.
