The location, the fact that you could have a private kitchen and bateriom but still in a building more like an hostel style which is great. The shared kitchen was actually very nice and the terrace is super cute.
It could have been cleaner. The floor was still dirty, a few dishes wet, shower not that clean. But in London is something you need to take into account pretty everywhere.
The other thing I was a bit disappointed is that you asked to move the stay one day forward. I know it was asked the day before of the arrival date, but I explained that if the property was anyway free and if that wouldn’t cause any inconvenience for anybody, a more flexibility could have been appreciated. The reason was that my daughter was ill and I didn’t want to arrive in London with her feverish. I would even pay more money for the same amount of time, it was just about moving arrival date to Saturday instead of Friday. But it’s okay I understand some places won’t accept any flexibility.
Last thing, there were people running and making noises during the first two nights, and we were with our 2 and 4 years old kids. Not ideal.

The area was very accessible with Liverpool Street right round the corner and the balcony was a lovely area to sit and enjoy the weather. Would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member
Sadly we did have a leak but it was fixed immediately and hadn't had any problems after that one other thing is that the room was quite hot but during a heatwave you can't complain

Nice terrace, room was spatious, windows covered all outside noise, mini fridge and fan in room
No elevator, lock would unlock itself if you applied pressure on door, they said there was a kitchen but it was only kettle and microwave and super old.
