Discusting

Nothing at All very disgusted

Absolutely everything, from the start when we pulled up out the front, we got out of our car and saw a dead rat right near the drive way. Then going through the front gate, the grass on both sides of the foot path was knee high. There was a table and chairs on the front lawn which you just wouldn't sit as the grass around and growing through it was way to high. So my husband had to ring to get a code to open the key box to get our key for a room. Once inside there was four room with 1-2-3-4 on the doors, there was a small padlock on each door. So with the key from the front verandah key box, which was only a tall slim cupboard. After unlocking the small padlock he opened the door to find one double bed, which we paid for two beds. The room was very old and ugly no attention to detail, furniture was bits and pieces of rubbish. We rang and told them we paid for two bedrooms with two double beds. They said they'd ring us back. After about five minutes they rang us back and said our other room was out the back of the house. Ok we went out the back to look at the other room. The back yard was nothing but a great big mess, long long grass, old furniture everywhere, you couldn't even put a drink on the table as it would slide straight off. So other room was a old garage , also locked only with a small padlock. We just could not believe it, a old garage, it had one double bed and two single beds, all different old beds with linen and blankets I'd use only as dog blankets. I have never seen anything like this before, I can't believe this is allowed in Australia. It was something you might expect in some third world country. How is this allowed, I have no idea. Please do yourself a favour and keep right away from places like this. We rang to say we were leaving and want a full refund, even though on our printed out reservation it says no refund.

Terrible scam, pictures doesn’t match the real rooms.

The pictures does not match the house at all!!

The house is extremely dirty, filled with cobwebs, an AC that does not work. The family room was what we booked but it was a shed that was made into a room. No ventilation.

5 / 10

Safe location but no towels and toiletries.

Airbnb with no towels and toiletries basic needs for a stay.

Late communication and no towels to use.
