Fully furnished with A/C, Wi Fi, it can host up to 6 persons beeing composed of 2 bedrooms, a dinner room with kitchen and a pull out couch, 2 bathrooms.Cancellation policy 5days(all the money will be returned This new apartment is located by the entrance of the Vatican Museums and the metro station Ottaviano (only 350 meters away). It is very easy to reach and at the 3rd floor with elevator of a roman 'palazzo'. Fully furnished with Air Conditioning, Wi Fi, flat screen TV, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, It can host up to 6 persons beeing composed of 2 bedrooms, a dinner room with kitchen and a double pull out couch, 2 bathrooms with shower. The Vatican ditrict is known not only for its artistic value but also for its very good restaurants, café, wine bars, shopping streets. The apartment has 2 big bedrooms: the biggest one is composed of 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the second one has a double bed. Despite we are in the city centre of Rome, the apartment is very quite at night and ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring our city. We provide all you can need during your stay: fresh towels, bed linen, iron and ironing board, detergent for the washing machine, the basic for cooking (oil , vinegar, coffee etc.) The entire apartment composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge-room with kitchen corner and pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms both with shower. The flat is equipped with air conditioning/central heating, fast internet Wi Fi, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided, the basic for cooking(oil, vinegar, sal, sugar and more), fresh towels, bed linen and much more. The Vatican area is one of the most elegant district of Rome. It is very famous not only for Saint Peter Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo but also for beeing together with trastevere the best area for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelaterie and shopping streets. The metro station ottaviano is only 300 meters from our flat. Piazza Risorgimento buses and trams central station is 250 meters away. Roberta’s place was perfect for our short stay. It was within walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit. There are good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend others to stay here. Roberta is an excellent host.

We had the best time at this apartment. We loved staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment instead of one hotel room. It was very clean, which was important to us. Roberta was SO helpful. I asked for her help in getting transportation lined up for us and she was so kind to jump right in and help. The apartment location is not city center, but it is very convenient to the Vatican and just a short subway ride to city center. The subway terminal is very close. There are sidewalk cafes right out the apt door as well as grocery stores and pharmacy etc. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting more space in Rome than a hotel room and very clean well-furnished lodging. We will stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous apartment right next to the Vatican. So spacious (pictures don’t do it justice) & loved having 2 bathrooms. Convenience to the metro, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, & plenty of restaurants really paid off for us. We were in Rome during the hottest part of the summer & the AC in the apartment was truly a life saver. A super plus was Roberta setting up airport transportation both directions. Definitely recommend this listing!

Roberta's place was perfect! The location was great, close to many activities and sights, and very clean! We were most impressed with how helpful Roberta was and attentive when we were in need of assistance or had questions-making our first trip to Rome a very enjoyable one.

Roberta's apartment had active, crawling, biting bed bugs. We sent a few of the many pictures we took showing numerous bed bug bites on arms,legs,neck,chest and eyelid,along with a video of the active bed bugs crawling along the human blood stained sheets and linen. We had to find other accommodations by the third day of our eight day stay,during tourist season,with help from Vrbo's emergency housing assistance. But, we had to stay in separate hotels and move 4 times due to prior bookings at the hotels. We had to pay to have our clothes cleaned and sanitized in case bed bugs were imbedded in them. We also had to sanitize our luggage to avoid possible bed bugs and eggs traveling with us to our next location.
Meanwhile,Roberta took little to no responsibility to help us and was more concerned about getting her keys back; we were locked out when we tried to return them. At no time did she ask about the pain and itching from the bed bug bites or the trauma of having them crawl on your body and across your face. She even charged us for three nights, even though Vrbo had already moved us out. There isn't a rating low enough to address the unbelievably horrible consequences of staying in Roberta's bed bug infested apartment and her complete lack of concern for what happened to us while there. So,you decide whether it's worth it to take a chance with this cold, uncaring, unethical host and her questionable apartment. There's a reason this property is unavailable until August.

We stayed at Roberta’s apartment, and it was a wonderful trip. She was very responsive, she booked a tour for us, and the apartment was stocked very nicely and had the most amazing location. It was just steps from the Vatican Museum. When we’re back in Rome, we’ll stay here again.

We were surprised to have the owner personally greet us and give us a tour of her beautiful condo. It was very spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. Only 2 blocks from the Vatican with 6 restaurants within a block of the building. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Florje House was in an amazing location. You can see the Vatican City Wall from the bedroom. The apartment felt like a real Italian Flat. The marble staircase, portico in the center, and shutters and open windows was just what I imagine Italy to be. We walked or took public transportation everywhere. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great, but the rest of the apartment has only a fan. It was really hot when we were there so we just had to spend a lot of time in our rooms when we were at the apartment. It probably isn't a big deal during other months besides August. Other than that Roberta's flat met all our needs for the week.
Roberta was really the best part of this listing though. She was so sweet and helpful. I have never had a host as helpful as she was. She helped us book tours for a discounted rate, offered her cell number in case we had questions, and had a hand written list of all her favorite restaurants in the city. She definitely went above and beyond to make our first time in Italy an amazing experience!

The apartment was just next to the Vatican we were able to make it to our tour just by walking leisurely up the hill the next day. It’s close to food options and the metro but still quiet. Roberta was great and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment
Roberta is a wonderful host with a lovely apartment. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed including coffee and shampoo. The beds are comfy and the apartment is in the perfect location to visit the Vatican. Roberta graciously directed us to the subway so we could enjoy everything in Rome. We would be delighted to recommend this apartment. It was perfect for 2 couples visiting Rome for the first time.

Wonderful Property
The property was very well situated for us especially since it was within a few minutes reach of the Vatican. It was very clean. Roberta, the host, greeted us when we were ready ( we had a long 4 hour drive to get to Rome). The bonus for us was having an elevator- although the climb was easy as well. Contacting Roberta was easy and she was very helpful. The area is well situated in terms of shops, restaurants, bakeries, bus and metro. A recommended place to stay in Rome!!

Best location, helpful manager, beautiful apartment.
The location of this apartment is steps away from the Vatican and many other sites. Roberta made our stay so wonderful with helping us with transfers from the airport and to the cruise port. She gave us great tips on where to eat and how to get around. Her apartment was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we could ever need.

Amazing modern apartment in an ancient city
Wow, this is by far my favorite VRBO rental ever. Location-wise, it is literally a two minute walk to the Vatican. You can get to the apartment via subway from the airport or train station for 1.50 Euro per person, and it is a five minute walk to the apartment. We never took the bus, but Roberta took the time in our (very easy) check in to show us the line, and it looked super simple and close. Roberta really is the hostess with the mostest! She has thought of every detail you could think of needing in her gorgeous, modern (AIR-CONDITIONED) apartment. It’s roomy, beautifully decorated, and everything seems like it was recently re-modeled, including two full bathrooms. And it smells incredible. Great find for a stay in Rome!

Roberta and her apartment made our vacation stop in Rome perfect. The apartment is exactly as described and in a great location close to metro stops, surrounded by restaurants and the Vatican Museum entrance a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location & delightful manager
Roberta was so responsive to all of our questions. She was helpful and gave the best recommendations. You can literally see the Vatican from the apartment and even though the area is busy, the apartment is quiet and cozy. The entrance to the Vatican museums is just around the corner. If you don't mind walking to the metro a couple of blocks the other away, you can go anywhere in Rome within 45 minutes. Wonderful cafe's and even a produce/meat market just down the street. Roberta provided us with a map and even marked down her go to places for lunch and dinner. We had a short but memorable stay.

Lovely apartment and location in Rome
Our stay in this wonderful apartment located a block from the Vatican museum and within a couple of blocks of the metro was fabulous. Roberta is an outstanding host who did a tremendous job of communicating to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. This two bedroom, two bath apartment has comfortable beds and good wifi. It is very clean and well-appointed - exactly as advertised. I look forward to staying here again. Grazie, Roberta!

Wonderful family apartment and location!
This apartment is awesome! We traveled to Rome with our three boys (14, we, & 9). There is plenty of room so relax after a long day exploring the city. The location is next to The Vatican, a short walk to the subway, and within distance of many fantastic restaurants. Roberta was a wonderful hostess! She greeted us upon arrival, coordinated transfers to and from airport/train station, provided us with a list of her favorite places to eat, as well answering texts promptly when we had questions. We will never forget our experience in Rome! Thank you, Roberta!

We spent 7 nights in Roberta’s beautiful apartment. The location is great and her assistance and guidance with restaraunts and tours was fantastic. She’s a wonderful host that feels like an old friend! We hope to be back again someday!

Easter week
The lodging and location was perfect for an exploration of Rome and especially the Vatican. Literally 2 mins from the entrance to the Vatican museum, it was convenient for walking as well as public transit.
The two bedrooms were up to date in decor and amenities, and very private. Roberta was a great communicator via WhatsApp. She also provided multiple recommendations for food that were spot on!!! We would definitely stay there again. We stayed as two couples but it could easily accommodate 6 people.
