A disappointing stay at a good location

Very little to recommend this property apart from its quiet location to Harrogate

No hand rail to awkward stails to bedroom. Not sure if it meets building regs. We kept case in living room to avoid using stairs. Several items cracked or broken. Need of a good decoration. It would appear throw on settee was for a dog it set of an allergy. Carpets not that clean The large heated panel in Shower room generated a lot of heat. Safe? To enter property you walk from a small parking area thro an unkept area, bins, weeds. Gate keeper a challenge to open. No dusk to Dawn lighting to assist. We could add to this list, In all a tired little cottage, which has the potential to be a great property. Note. We have had a Chapel which we used as a holiday destination. So we know what our customers expect.
