The staff really went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed is the highlight. But overall it's not that far out of town and this very modern hotel has a beautiful pool that backends to the river.
If you're in Luang Prabang do yourself a favour and book your stay here.

Amazing staffs especially the reception team including Mr. Aleng.
The location is perfect for someone like me who needed a peaceful place.
1. The wifi was not working well for the full stay.
2. On my 1st night I couldn’t sleep well as the power went out for more than an hour.
3. The breakfast was no taste. Kindly look into this. Ham and sausage are tasteless.
4. Keep more lao foods options in the menu. Some guests wants to try local foods instead of western foods.

Vue exceptionnelle, logement excentré très appréciable.
INTERNET très insuffisant en terme de connexion et de débit
2 coupures de courant sur 3 jours de location !!
Petit déjeuner plus que décevant : la machine à café ne marchant pas deux jours consécutifs !!

The room itself was pleasantly appointed, quiet and comfortable. The real problem is the location. It's actually about a 25 min drive to get downtown and even the paved road is pretty rough and uncomfortable in a vehicle. The last 1 kilometer road into the hotel is a VERY rough dirt road with potholes, large rocks and gravel. Very umpleasant drive even in a vehicle. The cook at the hotel was terrible, couldn't cook an egg to save her life. The manager was very nice as was most of the staff. But the location and the kitchen were two things that would prevent me from ever staying there again.
Get a new cook. The 1 km dirt road into the hotel area is horrendous.
