L’emplacement est parfait.

Ce n’était pas très propre et le petit dej pas très bon. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner là-bas seulement le premier matin mais avons ensuite préféré aller dans les cafés et boulangeries de Luang Prabang.

In heart of historical centre, beautiful breakfast view

Beautiful old house with hardwood floors and wooden furniture, huge comfy bed, shower cabin. Breakfast - both asian and western - was delicious and really the star of the show.

In January the price was quite high compared to other seasons and not that great value.

Wonderful trip to Luangprabang

It is a small hotel but very charming with the Nam Khan river view and very quiet area. We appreciated very much the breakfast in front of the river. Breakfast was very good. The staff was really nice and efficient and particularly Tom. I really recommend this cosy hotel to anyone who will visit Luangprabang.

Very nice if you have river front room with balcony

We upgraded our room so we could have a balcony with a river view and it was lovely. Very good value for money. They organised train station pick up. Great spot for breakfast. Walking distance to everything

The shower was terrible, it needs to be replaced. The towels were stained brown. They have a weird system where you must leave your room key at the front desk when you leave the room but the keys just sit on the desk where anyone could walk in and pick them up. It made me feel very uncomfortable

brilliant location, amazing Luang Prabang, go now before it becomes an annex of PRC and gets mobbed

Breakfast was great, right on the river - so peaceful. Staff super friendly helpful, fun and polite. Very close to all the sighseeing places in the old town area. Close walking distance for great coffee bakeries and amazing LP temples. Cannot recommentd it enough. Was quiet in the evening and little traffic passing by.

The only thing that was a concern was the weather. it was so super hot in the day time ever as early as 9AM. You really need to pace yourseif if you going during the middle of the year. Winter time is better for sure. Really no complaints at all about the hotel. Staff very courteous and friendly kudos to them and to the managment.

Wonderful stay in an antique hotel by the river with nice staffs

A quiet and beautiful antique hotel by the river side, 2 mins walking to the Main Street, 10 mins walking to the night market(morning market), it is very easy to get to everywhere, many good restaurants and cafe around. Safety parking area, very clean and comfortable room with AC and fridge, fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast are great , we enjoy our breakfast time by the riverside with a amazing view, all the foods are fresh and delicious cooked by the ladies who work in the kitchen. All the staffs are super friendly, trying to help us with all our needs, they are the best people we met in Laos, especially the Manager Tom, you can get all information you need from him, like booking a Tour, the good place to visit, the best local food to try…highly recommended! We gonna miss you guys, we will come back again next time!

Extradinarily helpful staff, every day very observant of our needs. We had a situation where we needed medical help and they went above and beyond, receptionist called ambulance immediately and gave free water, free food and helped organize transport for our family to the hospital. The receptionist drove out himself to find us a taxi as it was very slow. A very heartfelt thank you for the incredible help.

Breakfast was great - and the location, a terrace by the river - was lovely, Location was fine - a short block from the main street with all the restaurants stores, and monks too.

Luang Prabang the best

Our stay here was good, the staffs were friendly, nice and always willing to help and accomodate us. Room is clean, spacious bathroom and located right in front of Mekong River. This hotel is 5 mins walk to the old quarter Luang Prabang, where you can find cafes and night market. Will recommend this place 100%

Big comfortable bed, good size and very clean room with balcony. Breakfast, which you could enjoy by the river, was excellent with various hot meals to choose from. It is always served with fruits, juice and coffee. The place is an easy walk to the main part of town and to all other places of interest. Location is quiet and we had a good night sleep during our stay. Any shortfall in some areas of renovation (like updating the bathroom) is very much compensated by the kind, helpful and accommodating host (Tom) and staff. It feels like home and we wish that we could have stayed longer. We are a fussy couple and this place has our tick ✅ of approval - highly recommended!

A beautiful old building right on the river. The wooden building had a great atmosphere (even if you could hear through the walls). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast took a while to prepare but was served right by the river. The location was convenient for the night market and town while still being quiet.

The pollution in town was really bad during crop burning season. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but it did affect our experience.

Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, peaceful location but still near all the main areas for restaurants, markets etc Lovely big room, floors were slippery though so got to watch out before someone slips and injures themselves!

Walls were super thin, I could hear people talk and even cough!
