Poderia ser melhor...por isso acho razoável.

Da marquise e da cozinha

Faz falta elevador pois são muitas escadas para subir e uma das pessoas usa canadiana. Colchão se estivesse mais no limite, ele ia para baixo demasiado e dava para cair da cama. A limpeza podia ser melhor...areia debaixo da cama, discos de algodão sujos atrás do puff do quarto e dois bichos a correr pelo chão. O resto aparentemente bom. ( Não culpo a senhora da limpeza que era muito simpática...pois segundo a mesma das 11 as 15h tinha 3 casas para limpar)

Luces y sombras

Atención y hospitalidad: La atención por parte de Rosa fue excelente. Fue amable, atenta y facilitadora, algo que valoramos mucho. La higiene del piso es correcta. Se nota el esfuerzo por entregar la vivienda en las mejores condiciones de limpieza posibles.

Mantenimiento y estado general: El inmueble necesita con urgencia una remodelación profunda. El mobiliario está bastante deteriorado, hay cables a la vista, las puertas, cerramientos y pintura presentan desgaste evidente, lo que le resta confort a la estancia. Problema de olores: Se percibe un olor fuerte y desagradable en la vivienda. Aunque agradecemos el intento de mitigarlo (había múltiples ambientadores distribuidos por vivienda), la mezcla de olores no soluciona el problema de fondo y resulta muy molesta. Reflexión final: Nos ha llamado especialmente la atención que el alojamiento cuente con una calificación general de "Excelente" en la plataforma, ya que el estado físico de la vivienda no se corresponde con esa puntuación. La atención de Rosa y la limpieza fueron correctas, pero la estructura y el mobiliario necesitan una inversión importante para estar a la altura de las expectativas.
