>Location was good. Short walk to restaurants.
>Comes with parking spot.
>Very spacious.
>furnishings seemed clean.
>communication was good
>Small dead little bigs all over the wall above bathroom mirror. Could tell no one had stayed there for a while. But would’ve been nice if they wiped off the dead bugs.
>toilet had black streaks all over the inside bowl
>could not get the oven to turn on. Stove wouldn’t turn on either so we had to use a lighter to ignite it. (Thankfully they had a lighter in the kitchen)
>only had 1 small heater / ac wall unit to heat the entire apartment so the my bedroom was cold unless I cranked up the heat which then made the living room too hot. (But I think most of the apartments in that area are designed like this)
>theres a washing machine but no dryer. So you can’t do laundry on your last night.
>it would help if there was a binder with all the information and instructions on how to use appliances.
>it rained everyday so the front porch was very wet and my family and I kept slipping - which was very challenging for me bc I had a broken foot and my crutches kept slipping. I recommend putting a nonslip doormat there

Great location - including car park.
Very responsive host.
Photos don’t do justice as has much more light and sense of space when sheer curtains are opened. It’s high up so private.
