My experience at Shams Al Basra Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the first moment, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
The room was immaculate, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfectly maintained, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. The attention to detail truly reflects high standards of quality.
Service was outstanding — fast, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well organized with a great selection.
The location is ideal and makes getting around Basra very convenient.
Without hesitation, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely return on my next visit.
