All the staff at the desk are very friendly and they are charming and always at your service. The person taking care of the kitchen is super super friendly, and he would do anything to please the customers. He always listens with a smile and a friendly face. Have to mention that everyone at the inn was friendly from the room cleaners to the front desk staff. The location is awesome in one of the best quarters if Basrah and in front of Basrah Mall, which is set to open this winter. The place is clean and big enough to move in the room and has all the furniture that a hotel has to the exception of an iron with Iron table.
يتميز جميع موظفي الاستقبال باللباقة وحسن الاستقبال، وتقديم المساعدة دائمًا بروح إيجابية. كما أن المسؤول عن المطبخ يتمتع بأخلاق عالية ويحرص تمامًا على رضا الضيوف، حيث يستمع لجميع الطلبات بابتسامة وبشاشة وجه. ويسرني الثناء على جميع العاملين في الفندق دون استثناء، بدءًا من طاقم التنظيف وحتى موظفي الاستقبال.
أما عن الموقع، فهو ممتاز جدًا في أحد أرقى أحياء البصرة، ويقع مقابل "بصرة مول" المقرر افتتاحه هذا الشتاء. كما يُعد الفندق نظيفًا ومساحة الغرف واسعة وتوفر حرية الحركة، ومزودة بكل الأثاث والمستلزمات الفندقية الأساسية، باستثناء طاولة المكواة والمكواة
Nothing that is negative and would affect your stay at the inn. As mentioned earlier, there is no Iron in the room. The bathroom does not have ventilation and, the view from the hotel windows is not that impressive. Also, for breakfast it is a good idea to have a menu in case there is no open buffet so the customer and the chef dont get confused
