Self catering so breakfast not relevant. Location suitable for this trip.
I haven't come across this type of lock box before so it took a while to work out how to get into it. However, I did accidentally lose a couple of e-mails so there may have been something in them.
While there wasn't a problem with ventilation during my visit, there's no way of getting a through draft.
My laptop claimed it needed and ethernet cable, which I've never needed elsewhere.

It was a lovely convenient place to stay with easy access to the lake district. The annex was self contained as described, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed.

It was clean. We only saw the owner for 2 minutes when we arrived but this was not a problem for us
It was too small even for 2 people. There were no windows.
