Very cozy room with character of the property. Tea / coffee making facilities plus we had dining table and plates/cutlery in the room which was very helpful for the pastries we brought along for our breakfast.

Amazing stay for 2 night. Gorgeously decorated room and bathroom with so much attention to detail. Bed was so comfortable and shower was nice and warm. Good location outside of town but a quick drive to Penrith. I absolutely loved this place and wish we could stay longer.

Nice spacious room, double bed was very comfortable. All the property and facilities were very clean.

Beautiful old house with easy parking. Great to have a fridge, microwave and toaster in room.
Bed sheets not changed from previous guest. Only pub to eat.
