Excellent Location and great host. We had airport delays that resulted in us arriving at the accomodation at 22:00, but we were still welcomed to Rome with a bottle of champagne and a friendly smile.

Everything! The place has an excellent location and is perfect for a couple or solo traveller, has everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent. Walking distance from main attractions and even has a supermarket at the corner! Paolo was amazing giving us all the explanations, checking on us and even sending us recommendations.
We loved it!

The location was fantastic - cute little streets with many boutique shops and places to eat - but our street was quiet . PAulo was helpful and give some good tips and we appreciated the Prosecco and treats he provided .

Ventilation in the bathroom was limited but not unexpected in a home that is 400 years old and not a problem

Bien situé. L’étage est bien. C’est moderne.
Plutôt sale. Pas de quoi nettoyer pendant le séjour. Pas de torchons dans la cuisine. Chassé d’eau qui fuit. Le climatiseur de la chambre ne marche pas très bien. La douche est resté bloquée sur la sortie en haut. De plus, le propriétaire ne nous a pas dit au revoir après le Check-in, nous avons trouvé ça bizarre de sa part.
