we enjoyed the hot tub, it was very clean & tidy. we even had a dog treat for the dog!
i wouldn’t say we disliked anything, the only fault was there weren’t a dog bed in the property on arrival, which the website states. luckily we brought our own in case. but it was still exceptional. We have been before this stay & will definitely be back.

The reception staff at the front were very helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. The lodge itself was lovely. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom had everything you could need and were clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was lovely and warm, and the garden furniture was a very nice touch.
Big one was the power cut, however it was good to see the staff where quick to warn people and told us they was doing everything they could to turn it back on.The only issues we seen at our stay, the biggest one for us was the tvs didn’t have netflix it was just normal tv i think in this modern age it would of been a nice touch to watch what you wanted rather than just normal tv guide specially for the price, The cleanliness wasn’t amazing mainly the kitchen some of the pots weren’t fully clean, the surface tops needed a proper clean and the outdoor furniture had cobwebs.
