Good variety of breakfast foods. I LOVED the coffee machine that ground the beans while I waited. Bold and fresh!
Also appreciated that a posted sign in the lobby noted that quiet time started at 8 p.m.
I only stayed for less than 24 hours, and left my room a few times, and the same dirty clothes? laundry? were outside the room next to mine.
I also would have appreciated if there was a menu for places that delivered food. I know the place just opened, so maybe this is something that will happen.
And, though I assume the empty lot between the hotel and the street is not your property, this lot was weedy and a very unkempt view.

It is convenient to where we were going. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
No cups in the room. Water in shower was warm but not hot.

New facility that is overall clean and well kept. Nice shower setup. Breakfast was good with multiple offerings.
Shower pressure wasn't the best, and the king room wasn't very spacious. Not everything at breakfast was hot as it should have been, but again, good offerings.
