Lovely place. Very comfortable and well furnished. Facilities for a family with small children were great. Overall a great place to stay.
Small points in the overall scheme of things but Booking.com says checkout time is up to 11am but after booking and paying the pre-arrival emails say you must check out by 10am and later departure can be requested at an additional cost. This needs to be corrected and made clear at the point of booking.
Kitchen sink needs a plug.
Main bedroom needs a roller blind at the window for privacy. when lights are on in bedroom it's is possible to see in from outside.

We had a fantastic stay and would recommend. Check-in was easy and straightforward, making the start of our trip completely stress-free. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location and exactly as described. The host was friendly, helpful, and communicated well throughout. We would definitely stay here again.
The only minor downside was that the large windows didn’t have enough curtain coverage, so the rooms became quite bright early in the morning. It wasn’t a major issue, but blackout curtains or additional window coverings would make the stay even better.
